So I just made this thread so people know what responses mean.
+1 or Vouch: This means the person would like you to become staff
1 or Neutral: This means that the person does not have enough info to decide or does not see you help enough.
-1 or object: This means the person does not want you getting admin
Rec or Recommendation: This means you can add the user to your recommendation list.
