This is the current server chain of command 
Owner;(Gets every single server permission)
LeohPlayzMC
_Pinchyy (Ivan)
Co-Owner;(Recieves every permission but not be able to demote Owners or accept staff applications without permission.)

Staff Manager: (Assists co-owners and accepts applications, Has full PEX permissions and most perms ingame)

Head Admin: (Manages admins and reports to Staff Management if they abuse)
Null
Head Moderators:
Null
Admins(All Essentials permissions and forum rank)
Null
Moderators;(Has main essentials permissions and is a pretty trusted ranking)
Null
Trainee(First official ranking for the server, You get small permissions until you get moderator (See above) and are more trusted!);
