I am here to talk about my decision of demoting UT_Napstablook to regular Trainee, and not Head-Admin. After speaking with a specific staff member (not saying names due to drama), I believe that their argument makes sense, and that UT_Napstablook's demotion makes sense as well. It is sad to have to demote someone, but running the staff team is very difficult, and I want to have the nicest staff team as possible.
